Timber fire exit double doors and frame removed, disposed of same off site. Supplied and fitted new steel security doors and frame, complete with panic hardware and lockable external access. Works carried out at an industrial estate in Brentford, West London.
Due to a lack of maintenance and high footfall, the existing double doors were aged and
non-compliant. Existing doors and frame removed, disposing of same off site. Structural opening prepared, new timber FD60 double doorset supplied and fitted. Finishes fitted and local area made good.
Following impact damage at low-level and third party auditor findings, the existing was removed and replaced with a closely matching FD30 veneered slave leaf.
After an inspection carried out by others, we were instructed to replace 4No doorsets within an office building nearby Holborn, London. Existing frames and doors removed, disposed of same off site. Supplied and fitted new doorsets, ensuring frames are suitably fire stopped to the surrounding structure.
Following reports of difficulty closing and locking newly fitted doors at a recently refurbished commercial premises in Watford, we supplied and fitted 7No new matt black 'T' bar pull handles. Not only do the handles aid closing and locking of terrace doors, they're also in keeping with the doors design and closely match adjacent 'D' pull handles.
