Removed the existing Velcro tape, disposing of same off site. Supplied and laid suitable floor protection, complete with 'Wet Paint' signage. Prepared reception desk top, face and sides. Applied two coats of specified paint and allowed to dry. Barriers and signage left in situ to allow for drying times. Area left tidy and secure.
Removing any flaking paintwork, to then apply stain blocker. Prepare ceiling areas and fill indentations, as required. Then rub down accordingly and ensure smooth. On completion, to lightly clean light fittings and vents.

Following years of neglect, the welfare facilities on this retail park in Watford underwent some well needed TLC. Walls, ceiling and woodwork prepared throughout, as required. All areas redecorated, including window sills, skirting boards, frames and doors etc. Whilst onsite, we also replaced a panic bar like for like and fitted an associated outside access knob allowing for ease of access for security patrols and alike.
Following a fire within a residents room at a home in Woking, we cleared the room entirely. Floor coverings replaced, walls, ceilings and woodwork redecorated. New vanity unit supplied and fitted, ready for the next service user. The photos really do speak for themselves here, what a transformation! No one was hurt as the fire was swiftly contained.
